What to expect: First, Removal of Loose Items & Throw Away Obvious Trash. Second, rigorously Vacuum the entire Interior (dashboard, carpets, seats, trunk, etc…). Third, Shampoo & Stain Removal of all surfaces (Seats, Mats, and Carpets). Fourth: Clean & Disinfect Interior Surfaces (plastic & leather). Fifth: UV protection on all of the inside surfaces Sixthly: Streak Free Windows & Mirrors Lastly: Validate Windshield Fluids/Air in Tires. Complimentary Air Refill, Top off Windshield Fluids Per Customer Request (additional upcharge). **A more accurate quote can be given upon receiving pictures of the Condition & Size of the vehicle, or technicians' arrival to the site.**


Cancellation Policy

1. Terminology The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person logging on this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us," refer to our Company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us," refers to both the Client and ourselves. 2. Services Mister Moto provides local services, including but not limited to . By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. 3. Payment Terms All payments within this plan are due weekly unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges. Before weekly service begins on the vehicle, payment must be received on or before arrival for service. 4. Booking and Cancellation Policy You can book our services through our website, by phone, or via email. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee in a total of 30% of original price plus all or any applicable taxes. 5. Refund Policy Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. All sales are final unless stated differently by Mister Moto LLC. 5. Membership Mister Moto may cancel your membership at anytime. The membership you choose will maintain its price and wont change. If you cancel and reapply. you will not be eligible for a pro-rate or grandfather into previous membership, even if cost was lower than what is currently provided. 6. Wait Times Mister Moto takes pride in delivering when promised. Vehicle(s) that are getting serviced need to be 100% free of use and ready to be serviced. That being said, every 5 minutes past appointment start time will incur a $15 idling fee until guest either cancels service or arrives with vehicle in free of use condition. This policy can be acted upon even if the detailer is waiting for the clients vehicle keys prior to service.
